This beautiful home, located in Arlington, was an older, brick model built in the mid 1900’s and still had its original facade. The homeowner knew they wanted a dramatic change to the exterior and wanted to add an upper porch addition off the primary bedroom to enjoy coffee in the mornings or working from home in the afternoons. MOSS worked with our customer to create the beautiful black and whiteexteriorthat is now a standout on the street – and with the upper-level porch, a stunning change overall to the home.
Updated Siding and Roofing On Exterior
The exterior of this home now features James Hardie siding, procured from Beacon Building Products. The roof of the home was also updated with materials from Beacon Building Products. The exterior trim was painted with Sherwin-Williams exterior paint.
Private Porch Addition in Arlington
Our homeowner was inspired to add a private porch off the primary bedroom to enjoy mornings with coffee and afternoons with tea. Framing materials for the porch were procured from TW Perry. The porch door is a Feather River Door from Home Depot. What a peaceful place to spend time relaxing!
